(du 19/12/2026 au 02/01/2027)

Short stays : 3 nights minimum (€90 per night) except during French school holidays.

Charges are included (water, electricity, gas).

Not included : the option "Bed linen and towels" (€8 / person / week), the option "End of stay cleaning" (€45) and the tourist tax (€1.05 / night / adult).

Arrivals and departures take place on Saturdays during French school holidays.

Booking Conditions

Deposit

We request 40% of the total price for booking, with the remainder a minimum of 30 days before the beginning of your stay.

In case of cancellation more than 30 days before your stay is due to start, the deposit will be kept but can be used for a new booking.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before your stay starts, 100% of the total fee is due. In case the cottage can be rented to other customers, the booking fee can be used for another booking.

Breakage deposit

A €300 breakage deposit is expected before the beginning of your stay in euro cheque or cash. This is a compulsory condition without which we reserve the right not let you in the property. We would usually request it with the remainder of the booking fee. This deposit is to cover any potential damage caused to the property during your stay and will be returned after thorough inspection on the day of departure or shortly after should you leave very early.
